Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shirt arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, please email us at founder@lowhangingtees.com within 10 days. We’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.

Process

To start a return, email us at founder@lowhangingtees.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
